Connie, my second Mom, we have shared alot of memories over the years, from going to Winona with you and the family for my first time to being adopted into your family as one of your kids. I miss you so much and think about you all the time. I know I will see you again when its my time to go home. I Love you mom and I will see you when I get there

Connie, My big sister we lost touch in time but I wanted to share with all of those who loved you how much of an ispiration you were to me in my teen age years. You Paul, Jerid and Scott were my safe family. All was ok when I was with you. You housed me and kept me safe of the lifes unknowns. I have held you all dear to my heart and always will. Jolene was not born yet but she sounds like the litle girl and now grown woman you always wanted. I send my deepest prayers to your family and friends.
May all of you hold your memories close and never loose site of the love you have for one another.

Love to all the Stievers and Stenzels.

I worked with Connie for several years at Waterous. Her integrity and hard work ethic came through in everything she did. We lovingly coined a term: "Connie Syndrome". This was synonimus with "helping and doing things for others"; sometimes to a fault. She genuinely wanted to help you in anyway she can. Connie became a dear friend and thankfully we stayed in contact. I will miss her. God bless her family and bring them comfort and courage. Rest in peace dear friend.

Connie was the first person to take me under her wings when I started at Waterous, she even brought me home during lunch & fixed hotdogs!! I'll always be grateful to her for that & I'll never forget her, she's always been a great friend to me, Thanks Connie, I love you!

Last night I had a dream of us (Connie, Paul, and I) when we were kids. We were at the car wash. Connie had the hose trying to spray me through the door. I ran down a hallway where Paul was waiting and tackled me while Connie chased me the whole way and continued spraying me. We were having fun, messing around. Like kids do. I know it was only a dream.
Connie and I shared a lot of memories, ice skating, parties, climbing the bluffs, riding our bikes, getting into trouble, fun stuff. We were close. Nothing will ever replace these memories or my love for her.
I will always cherish moments spent with my little sister. I find comfort knowing that she is vibrant and healthy and has been reunited with Mom and Dad. She is never more than a thought away.

Connie was always upbeat and fun, ready for an adventure. She was always herself, and she put people at ease. Connie has a wonderful family, all of whom will never forget her strength, caring, and sense of humor. Love to all the Stievers and Connie's original family. She touched many, and we'll all cherish the memories of a dynamic woman.
